It's likely that Webzen isn't playing around with the whole "getting Soul of the Ultimate Nation back to its fans" as Sun Classic. It's been just about one month since they said that they'd be bringing their version of the game from 2006 to SUN Classic Heim players, and they're planning to get everybody hopping on board by March 10. This is just two weeks away.
At the time of launch, Webzen would like everyone to sign up for the game in advance. It has several benefits. For one, gamers will be among the first to know the moment something new is announced about SUN Classic. Furthermore, these players get special benefits after the game's release. These include an opportunity to receive the Blessing on behalf of the Goddess as well as a Master's Kit along with the Tree of Life, and the Tree of Spirit.
The players can also get their access to additional items in this period through the Refer-a-Friend program. It may sound odd to have people refer you to in the period leading up to launch, but it's a possibility to decide to try. By doing this, you can result in players receiving Runestones, extra blessings of the Goddess, and additional Master's Kits as well as other things. All you have to do is give the referral URL out to your friends. (Twitter could also work.)
When SUN Classic launches, it will be available in five languages: Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and English. Webzen will broaden this as it expands the game out to more regions.
