Gabala Tour From Baku | Gabala Azerbaijan | Gabala Cable Car | Things To Know Before Travel We started early morning from Baku to Gabala after breakfast. Energy and excitement were at an extreme level. On the way to Gabala, we visited : Shamakhi, Shamakhi is one of Azerbaijan's most historic cities and the birthplace of legendary Azerbaijani poets such as Sabir and Nassimi. Due to the several earthquakes, nothing much is left to see there but still, the first mosque is there in the rebuilt form and it is not to be missed when you are there. The landscape was captivating on the way. We stopped on the road to capture a few clicks with the farms. Farmers were harvesting and helping each other. We reached Gabala in the evening, completed our check-in formalities, and decided to explore the town. We went to Gabaland which is one of the main attractions in Gabala. This amusement park with roller coasters, pedal boats & water slides against a mountain backdrop is making this place even more thrilling. We ended our day with a delicious dinner cooked by local people. The next day post breakfast we reached Seven Sisters waterfall and which was a really beautiful place. We purchased some delicious berries from local farmers. Later we started our journey to Nohur Lake. Nohur lake is the most visited natural attraction of Gabala. Lake is surrounded by beautiful woods. Many entertainment activities are there to keep the tourists engaged. Many photo points are there. Some of the activities are : 1: Horse Ride 2: Buggy Ride 3: Jungle Safari in Open Vintage Jeep 4: Boating 5: Different Slides We had coffee and Pizza there and we said goodbye to Nohur lake. After a 20-25 minute drive, we reached Tufandag Mountain and Ski Resort. We grabbed our tickets and entered the cable car to reach the mountain top. I loved the time spent in the cable car, it was not boring.
