Rohin Kumar AIR 39 UPSC announced the final result on Friday, 6 March 2026 and shortlisted 958 candidates for the All India Services and Central Services. Rohin Kumar secured an outstanding All India Rank AIR 39 in the Union Public Service Commission Civil Services Examination 2025. Through Vajirao and Reddy Institute’s General Studies Programme and Test Series, Rohin Kumar cleared the UPSC CSE exam with outstanding rank. Rohin Kumar hails from Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. During graduation days from Delhi University, Rohin Kumar realised that joining the civil services will allow him to uplift the society for the better. Rohin Kumar’s father is an advocate and from his childhood, he idolised his father for solving the problems of people through his work. This motivated Rohin Kumar to prepare for the UPSC CSE with full determination. Rohin Kumar opted for Geography as his optional subject since it resonated with his Post Graduation studies. Rohin Kumar join Vajirao and Reddy Institute’s Pre-cum-Mains General Studies Course, Essay Course and Geography Optional Subject, Test Series, Interview Guidance Programme etc. Rohin Kumar strongly recommends a balanced routine with adequate time for personal care and physical activities. During UPSC preparation, Rohin Kumar solved previous year question papers and tried to identify patterns related to the UPSC topics. Rohin Kumar’s UPSC preparation journey highlights the importance of resilience despite failures.
