Description
Transparent Hands, with the sponsorship of Sazgar, organized a free medical camp and preventive healthcare session at Dera Malik Khair Din, Kot Araian, Lahore. Preventive Healthcare Session
In addition to medical care, one of our expert doctors conducted a preventive healthcare session to educate the community about scabies. This healthcare session was valuable for the community, as many skin-related conditions can worsen when left untreated or when families are unaware of proper hygiene and prevention practices.
Identification of Surgical Cases
During the camp, one patient was identified who required a surgical procedure. Depending on the medical and financial evaluation, Transparent Hands may register the patient for further treatment at one of our panel hospitals.
Impact
This free medical camp made a meaningful difference in the lives of 318 deserving patients. For many people in the community, visiting a qualified doctor, getting diagnostic tests, or purchasing medicines was difficult due to financial hardships.
