Every mother deserves to bring her child into the world safely. However, this is not always possible for many needy patients in Pakistan. They experience challenges due to poverty, complications, and lack of access to quality healthcare services. Recently, Transparent Hands helped ten women who needed C-sections but had no means to afford the procedure. These women came from diverse backgrounds. They included homemakers and wives of daily wage earners. These women feared losing their own lives or those of their babies due to financial hardships. They had been advised to undergo C-section deliveries by their gynecologists due to complications such as fetal distress, obstructed labor, previous C-section history, or high-risk pregnancies. However, the cost of surgery, anesthesia, hospital stay, and post-operative medications was beyond their financial means. During this difficult time, they were left with uncertainty and fear. You Made a Valuable Impact Through your generous contributions, Transparent Hands arranged free C-section deliveries for all ten patients at our trusted panel hospitals. Skilled gynecologists performed the surgeries under safe and sterile conditions. These mothers received not only the surgeries but also post-operative care, essential medicines, and follow-up consultations at no cost. These successful C-sections ensured the safe arrival of ten healthy babies and protected the lives of ten brave mothers.
