Transparent Hands, with the sponsorship of PPAF and courtesy of MOJAZ Foundation, organized a free flood relief camp and a preventive healthcare session at Hassan Hussain, Narowal, on September 29, 2025. The primary objective of this camp was to provide timely and quality healthcare services to underprivileged communities affected by the recent floods in Narowal. Free Consultations, Medicines, and Diagnostic Tests: A total of 222 flood victims received free consultations from our expert doctors. Along with consultations, the patients were provided with free medicines and underwent various diagnostic tests, including: · Diabetes tests · Uric acid tests · Hepatitis B and C screenings · Cholesterol tests · Blood pressure checkups . Malaria tests Most Common Health-Related Issues At the free flood relief camp, a large number of people reported various health concerns. The medical team provided free consultations and medicines to address the following issues: ● Skin Allergies ● Diabetes ● Gastritis ● Diarrhea ● Typhoid ● Backache, Joint Pain ● Myalgia ● Flu, Fever ● Hypertension ● Acidity ● Ear infection ● Cough Preventive Healthcare Session In addition to the medical services, one of our expert doctors held a preventive healthcare session to educate the attendees about Scabies. Impact This flood relief camp brought much-needed healthcare services to 222 deserving patients who had been facing prolonged hardships and uncertainty due to disrupted healthcare services. Free medical check-ups, consultations, and basic treatments helped ease their suffering. Flood victims expressed relief and satisfaction after receiving professional medical care. The camp played an important role in addressing healthcare needs and improving the well-being of the flood-affected community.
