The Accusation...

Some metal and hard rock albums have cover art that feels inseparable from the music — but that doesn’t always mean there was only one version. In this video, I’m looking at 11 albums that were released with alternate cover art, including releases from Accept, Exodus, Girlschool, KISS, Queensrÿche, Saxon, Scorpions, Testament, and Twisted Sister. Along the way, I’ll dig into the stories behind the different artwork, how those alternate covers came about, and which version of each album I personally prefer.
