"Hello! Today, we're going to learn how to request a product quote from suppliers directly on the Florence website. First, log in to your member account. If you don't have one yet, don't worry—you can register for free. Enter your User ID and Password, answer the security question, and click Log In. Once you're on your member dashboard, click Browse Catalog to view our full product list. Click the Quote button to add an item to your quote basket. When you're happy with your selection, click View Quote to proceed to the checkout section. Here, you can easily adjust product quantities. Once finalized, choose the seller you’ve previously worked with. Then, add specific requests in the Additional Message section. After verifying everything, click Send Quote Request. This will submit the quote to our system and redirect you to your chosen seller along with all your requirements and message. Just press send, and you're ready to do business!"
