Abrasive blasting, more commonly known as sandblasting, is the operation of forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface or remove surface contaminants.

We are the Steel Shots Exporter and Supplier in all standard sizes for use in wheel blast and pressure blast systems for stripping, cleaning, deburring, finishing and metal surface-improvement. In finishing operations, it produces smooth & polished finishes. We are the Steel Shot exporter. We strengthens metal surfaces in peening applications. Available in 4 Grades of Hardness and reclaimable and re-usable up to hundreds of times depending on blast parameters and applications.

Steel Shots Manufacturing Process:
Melting ( steel scrap + alloy).
Atomizing (by high pressure water jet).
Drying.
Screening.
Spiraling (remove irregular shaped shot).
Quenching (produces superior particle integrity with minimal stress cracks).
Tempering.
Screening.
Packaging (25 KGS per one small pp bag).
