#IPDD2026 | At India PropTech Demo Day 2026, Murali Malayappan, Chairman & Managing Director, Shriram Properties, spoke about what it takes to build better cities in India. He said collaboration is the only option, because a government alone cannot build a city and private enterprises have to play a bigger role. But it only works on trust. Government has to trust private developers, developers have to trust government, and the public has to trust both. Without that, no partnership will be meaningful.
