Four Decades Of Architecture And Design With Ar. Reza Kabul At the India PropTech Demo Day 2026, held on 17 September at Taj MG Road, Bengaluru, Ar. Reza Kabul, President / Principal Architect, ARK Reza Kabul Architects, presented Four Decades Of Architecture And Design, sharing insights from his extensive experience across architecture, interiors, hospitality and urban development. The presentation explored how luxury goes beyond grandeur and opulence, highlighting the role of thoughtful layouts, material selection, functionality and the experience a space creates. Through examples spanning residential interiors, the Taj Hotel in Gandhinagar, Le Méridien in Bhutan and developments in GIFT City, he demonstrated how architectural design adapts to different contexts and requirements. Reflecting on his professional journey since establishing his practice in 1988, Reza Kabul highlighted how architecture continues to evolve while thoughtful design remains central to creating meaningful spaces. The key takeaway: luxury is not defined by extravagance alone, but by the balance between design, functionality and experience.
