Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) has awarded a ₹92.95 crore contract to Softtech Engineers Limited to implement a Digital Twin platform for its container port operations. The platform will create real-time digital replicas of port assets and activities, enabling predictive maintenance, improved vessel traffic management, better cargo flows, vehicular decongestion and enhanced environmental monitoring. Core functionalities are targeted by February 2027, with full operations planned by February 2028.
