Mumbai Mumbai recorded 10,561 home sales, posting 32% annual growth during the quarter. 7. Delhi-NCR Delhi-NCR recorded 10,082 home sales, witnessing a 14% year-on-year decline during the quarter. 8. Chennai Chennai recorded 6,323 home sales, with housing sales increasing 18% year-on-year during the quarter. 9. Kolkata Kolkata recorded 3,414 home sales in Q2 2026, declining 23% year-on-year. 10. Ahmedabad Ahmedabad recorded 7,541 home sales in Q2 2026, despite a 20.2% year-on-year decline.
