#RealtyNXTReel | Jammu & Kashmir’s NH-44 is set for a major safety upgrade from 3 July 2026. The new 810-metre Ramsoo Viaduct and 3.5-kilometre AT-03 Tunnel between Digdole and Panthyal will help bypass landslide-prone stretches that have long disrupted traffic.
The infrastructure upgrade is expected to make journeys smoother and safer for locals, tourists, trucks and security forces. It will also benefit pilgrims travelling for the Amarnath Yatra 2026, improving connectivity on one of the region’s most challenging highway routes.
