Self-financed and managed, the project includes two basements, parking towers, and 14 modern 2BHK apartments, with the family occupying the top four floors. Scheduled for completion by 2028, the tower will feature smart home technology, solar power, rainwater harvesting, a sewage treatment plant, and EV charging stations, marking a new chapter in Bandra’s redevelopment story.
