Everyone understands that a healthy body requires nourishment, but do we understand that when it comes to our mind and emotions? Our soul—our inner self—requires just as much nourishment and protection as our physical bodies.
A poor diet will leave one to contend with a multiplicity of illnesses, fatigue, obesity, and looking unhealthy, but so will a poor “soul diet.”
