Description
Want to see me in absolute physical pain?
Here it is!
Meet @jakeod_essencebjj of @essencebjjperth here in Perth, and this is his signature move: the shin breaker.
Jake just welcomed me into his home dojo for the last 3 days in Perth and the stuff I’ve learned here is amazing. I have tons of notes from my visit, and a couple amazing videos he was kind enough to share with all of us.
See these awesome heel hook breaking details in video 2, and more. The final side pin escape is really good stuff too.
Jake has a dvd out of the shin breaker - get it today, spam it, and make your training partners wince in pain like me.
Thank you again @aussieleglockluke for connecting us, looking forward to seeing you at @sydneywestmartialarts !
