In this update, Geoff covers what the move means for you: perpetual licenses aren't going anywhere, nothing changes for your products or workflows today, and iZotope now has the backing to invest more deeply in the tools you rely on.
The short version:
- iZotope is now part of Boris FX
- Perpetual licenses are here to stay — you'll always have a choice between perpetual and subscription products
- Your products, accounts, and workflows continue as usual
- Installation and authorization will eventually move from Native Access to the Boris FX Hub. We'll share details well in advance, and there's nothing you need to do right now
- We're hiring engineers, rebuilding teams, and investing more in product, content, and education. Work with us!
