Getting the Gozney Dome XL ready for the next cook means stocking up on hardwood. Watch how I organize my wood supply.
As a cooking channel, having a reliable fuel source is essential for maintaining the right temperatures in the oven. After getting a fresh delivery, I spent the afternoon organizing the pile to ensure it stays dry and ready to burn.
This is a simple diy project that makes a huge difference in the long run. I am moving the stack over to my covered firewood rack to keep everything protected from the elements until it is time to fire up the oven again.
