Horilla HRMS

The Recruitment Settings page in Horilla provides a centralized location to manage and customize various aspects of the recruitment process. It allows administrators to define how job applications are handled, tracked, and processed within the system. Candidate Self-Tracking: Enable Candidate Portal: This setting likely enables a portal where candidates can log in, track their application status, and update their information. Portal Settings: This section might include options to customize the candidate portal, such as branding, content, and available features. Candidate Reject Reasons: Reject Reason List: This section allows administrators to define a list of standardized reasons for rejecting candidates (e.g., "Not Qualified," "Position Filled," "Withdrew Application"). Using standardized reasons helps track rejection trends and provides candidates with more specific feedback. Skills Management: Skills List: This section allows administrators to create and manage a list of skills relevant to the jobs they are recruiting for. Skill Categories: Skills can be categorized for better organization and searchability. This feature helps match candidates with jobs based on their skills and expertise. #HorillaHRMS #FreeHRMS #OpenSourceHR #RecruitmentSoftware #HRSoftware #ATS #HumanResources #Hiring #Recruiting #TalentAcquisition #HRTech #SmallBusinessHR #HRManagement #EmployeeManagement #HRTips #HorillaHRMS #FreeHRSoftware #FreeRecruitmentSoftware #OpenSourceHRMS #HiringMadeEasy #HRManagementSystem #ApplicantTracking #FreeHRMSSoftware #HRMSforBusiness #TalentAcquisition Connect With Us: ————————————— ➡️ Website: https://www.horilla.com/ ➡️ Email: info@horilla.com ➡️ Twitter: https://twitter.com/horillahrms ➡️ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/horilla/ ➡️ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/people/Horilla/100091947807253/ ➡️ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/horillahrms/ ➡️ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvD8feLT7EKmXHaPKnWZT-w ➡️ Pinterest: https://in.pinterest.com/horillahrms/ ➡️ GitHub: https://github.com/horilla-opensource/horilla/ ➡️ Mobile App: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cybrosys.horilla_project
