FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
LANGUISH IN DESPAIR UNLEASH NEW ALBUM STRAIN OF PROFANITY AND RELEASE BRUTAL SINGLE “KILLING SPREE”
Canadian/Australian death metal unit LANGUISH IN DESPAIR have officially unleashed their latest full-length assault, Strain of Profanity , available now worldwide via CDN Records. Accompanying the album's release is the savage standout track “Killing Spree,” a relentless display of the band's uncompromising approach to death metal.
This is not cleaned up, softened, or built for comfort. This is death metal stripped down to the bone.
Built on a foundation of pure hostility and minimalist extremity, LANGUISH IN DESPAIR operate as a two-piece with zero interest in polish, trends, or accessibility. What listeners get is raw execution, fast impact, and absolute underground intent. No filler. No gloss. No mercy.
The project features Jason, known for his work with Human Barbecue and Putrified J, alongside his transcontinental counterpart Marcel. Together they lock into a shared vision of relentless aggression, trading finesse for force and atmosphere for straight violence.
“Killing Spree” wastes no time. Blistering percussion, razor-edged guitar tone, and guttural vocal delivery collide in a track that feels less like it was written and more like it was unleashed. It hits hard and keeps hitting harder.
With Strain of Profanity , the duo expands that same philosophy into a full-length barrage of chainsaw riffs, suffocating speed, and unapologetic brutality. Every track is designed to deliver maximum impact while staying true to the raw spirit of underground death metal.
Two countries. One mission. Total death metal devastation.
ABOUT LANGUISH IN DESPAIR
LANGUISH IN DESPAIR is a Canadian/Australian two-piece forged in raw aggression and stripped-down extremity. Featuring Jason and Marcel, the project removes anything unnecessary and leaves only riffs, speed, and anger. No gimmicks. No image games. Just pure underground death metal delivered without compromise.
“Killing Spree” and the full-length album Strain of Profanity are available now via CDN Records.

What Is Algo Auto Trading, and How Does It Work?

Technology has played a significant role in how people approach financial markets these days. One of the major changes we have seen is the use of bots to trade, also known as algo auto trading or automated algo trading.
Under this strategy, traders employ programmed bots to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and place orders within milliseconds. These bots can monitor multiple markets simultaneously, react instantly to price movements, and operate 24 hours a day for 365 days a year, giving traders an edge.
In this guide, we go deeper into how algo auto trading works, its benefits, and its known limitations.
Understanding the Basics of Algo Auto Trading

At its core, algo auto trading involves using robots to execute trades in financial markets. Instead of spending hours analyzing price movements and placing trades, traders use bots that analyze market conditions and place trades based on specific instructions.
The main purpose of using algo auto trading is not to replace you, the trader, but to improve speed, efficiency, and accuracy in the trading process. Since bots can process large amounts of market data within milliseconds, they can identify trading opportunities much faster than human traders.
A typical algorithmic trading system works by continuously monitoring market data in real time. Once the system detects conditions that match its predefined strategy, it automatically executes a trade without requiring you to place the buy or sell order.
How Automated Trading Algorithms Work

Automated algo trading tools rely on data to make decisions in the market. The first step begins with data collection and analysis. The algorithms continuously receive real-time information such as price movements, trading volume, and historical trends.
This data is then analyzed using mathematical models and statistical techniques to discover more potential trading opportunities.
The bot then cross-checks opportunities against its set of predefined trading rules. These rules may include entry and exit conditions, risk limits, stop-loss levels, and position sizing. For instance, a rule might instruct the bot to execute a buy order when the short-term average crosses above the long-term average.
After confirming the trade signal, the algo auto trading system will execute the trade. This process happens so fast, allowing traders to take advantage of small price movements that would be difficult to capture manually.
How You Can Get Started with Algo Auto Trading

Getting started with algo auto trading is simple. However, you must approach it with caution for the best results. Before building or using any auto trading tools, you should be familiar with key concepts such as price movements, indicators, risk management, and order types.
Next, ensure the trading platform of your choice supports automated or algorithmic trading. The next step is learning or defining a simple trading strategy. It doesn’t have to be complex; you can start with basic strategies like moving average crossovers or trend-following systems.
Backtesting is another crucial step. This involves testing your strategy using historical market data. This process will help you identify weaknesses and improve the strategy before live trading.
We also recommend testing your bot using live data in a demo account before risking real money.

  FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Hopeless Nation Release “My Curse” — New Music Video Out Now

Montreal, QC – June 1, 2026 – Quebec hardcore and metal veterans Hopeless Nation have officially released their new single and music video, "My Curse," available now on all major streaming platforms and YouTube.
Following the band's acclaimed return with "Silverspoon" in 2025 and the cinematic "Disaster" earlier this year, "My Curse" continues Hopeless Nation's resurgence after nearly a decade-long silence. The song explores addiction, self-destruction, and the internal battles that often remain hidden from the outside world.
"My Curse is about the battles people fight in silence. Addiction in all its forms can take control and slowly erase who you are. This song is a confrontation but also a reminder that no one has to face it alone," says vocalist Frédéric Marchand .
A Return Built From the Ground Up

The current chapter of Hopeless Nation began in the summer of 2024 with a high-energy reunion performance that revived material dating back to the band's 2014 era. What started as a celebration of the past quickly evolved into a renewed creative force, leading to a string of new releases and plans for an upcoming EP.
Rooted in Quebec's Hardcore and Metal Scene

The members of Hopeless Nation bring decades of experience from some of Quebec's most respected heavy music projects. Louis-Simon Bellerose is known for his work with hardcore punk veterans Genetic Error, while Steve DC and Guy Provencher represented Canada in Europe after winning the Wacken Battle of the Bands with Strigampire in 2024.
With more than 250 live performances collectively under their belts, the band continues to embody the DIY spirit and dedication that define the hardcore and metal underground.
A Visual Representation of Addiction's Endless Cycle

The "My Curse" music video embraces practical effects over artificial imagery, utilizing projection mapping, minimalist staging, and stroboscopic lighting to create an unsettling visual landscape. Recurring staircases, looping environments, and fragmented projections symbolize the repetitive nature of addiction and the struggle to reclaim control.
The result is an immersive visual experience that reinforces the song's themes without sacrificing the raw authenticity at the core of the band's identity.
Honoring the Past While Moving Forward

"My Curse" also serves as a tribute to former members Jonathan Houle (bass & guitar, 2012–2014, 2024) and Maxime Dupont (rhythm guitar, 1998–2014), whose contributions helped shape the band's foundation and sound.
Produced by Jonathan Houle and mixed and mastered by Francis Perron at Studio RadicArt, the single represents another step toward Hopeless Nation's next chapter and forthcoming EP.

  FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
TRIVAN CROWNED BAND OF THE MONTH AFTER RECORD-SHATTERING 6,396,074 VOTE VICTORY
Croatia — Rising metal force TRIVAN have officially been crowned Battle of the Bands Champions and Band of the Month after amassing an incredible 6,396,074 votes, securing one of the most dominant victories in the competition's history.
Founded in 2018 by guitarist Vanja Šantak and bassist Ivan Bertović, TRIVAN quickly established themselves as an ambitious force within the Croatian metal scene. Like many bands around the world, their momentum was temporarily halted by the COVID-19 pandemic, but the group emerged from the disruption stronger, more focused, and determined to push forward.
Following the pandemic, Vanja recruited vocalist Tomislav Žiljak and drummer Robert Vlašić from Darkendome, helping shape the band's modern identity and expanding their sonic capabilities. In 2025, rhythm guitarist Marin Buljan joined the lineup, further strengthening the band's sound with additional layers of melody, power, and aggression.
The overwhelming support shown during the Battle of the Bands competition reflects not only the band's growing fanbase but also the emotional connection listeners have formed with their music.
That connection is perhaps most evident in TRIVAN's latest single, "Abyss of Crawling Shadows," released on April 24, 2026. While the song unleashes a barrage of crushing riffs, dark atmospheres, and haunting imagery, its origins are deeply personal.
The track was written by Vanja following the loss of his beloved Cane Corso, Amon, who had been his loyal companion for nearly thirteen years. Drawing from the grief and silence that follows such a profound loss, the song explores themes of sorrow, despair, resilience, and ultimately triumph over darkness.
What begins as a descent into emotional devastation transforms into a declaration of survival. Through vivid lyrical imagery and relentless musical intensity, "Abyss of Crawling Shadows" confronts grief head-on before emerging with a powerful message of perseverance. The song's closing declaration, "I rise unbound, defiant in abyss," serves as a personal promise and testament to enduring loss without surrendering to it.
Recorded, produced, mixed, and mastered at Studio Wormwood, the single showcases the band's continued artistic growth and commitment to creating music that is both emotionally resonant and sonically devastating. The production was handled by Dave Kaminsky, with mastering completed by Ryan Williams.
With more than six million votes behind them, TRIVAN's victory represents far more than a contest win. It marks a significant milestone in the band's evolution and demonstrates the tremendous support they have earned from metal fans around the world.
As TRIVAN continue to build momentum and reach new audiences, their record-setting Battle of the Bands triumph stands as clear evidence that this is a band whose journey is only beginning.

Eaten By Sharks Unleash Exclusive World Premiere Of "Capsized" On The Zach Moonshine Show

Canadian extreme metal wrecking crew Eaten By Sharks joined The Zach Moonshine Show on Metal Devastation Radio for an exclusive interview and the world premiere of their crushing new single, "Capsized," giving listeners the first chance anywhere in the world to hear the track before its official release.
The premiere offered fans their first glimpse into the band's upcoming full-length album, The Undertow Of Hate , scheduled for release on July 17 via CDN Records.
Fresh off the premiere, the band discussed the album's lengthy creative process, working with renowned producer Christian Donaldson, their love of guitar gear, the importance of real musicianship, and their plans for what they are calling the "Summer of Sharks."
The Best Material They've Ever Written

For Eaten By Sharks, The Undertow Of Hate represents years of work and refinement.
"We've been doing this for writing these songs for quite a while now," the band explained. "It's taking a while to get it all ready to go. We're very proud of the stuff that we have recorded now. We wrote a bunch of songs just to be able to come up with the eight songs that we have on the album. It's the best stuff I think we've come up with so far."
That dedication is immediately evident in "Capsized," a track that showcases the band's evolution from the already impressive Eradication era into something even bigger, heavier, and more ambitious.
When asked about hearing the finished product after spending countless hours writing and recording, the band admitted that perspective can become difficult.
"I've listened to some of these songs close to a few hundred, maybe a thousand times. By the time you're done recording and listening to mixes, you're so far removed from hearing it for the first time. I wish I could hear it for the first time like everybody else."
Fortunately, listeners on Metal Devastation Radio got exactly that opportunity.
Teaming Up With CDN Records

The new album marks the band's first full album campaign with CDN Records after previously releasing Eradication independently before partnering with the label.
"We're very happy working with the guys from CDN. They've really believed in our vision and what we want to do. They kind of latched onto our boat and said, 'Let us tug you guys along and we'll get you even further.'"
The partnership appears to be paying off, with multiple singles, music videos, and promotional campaigns already lined up ahead of the album's release.
Working With Christian Donaldson

One of the most fascinating parts of the conversation centered around the band's relationship with producer Christian Donaldson, known for his work with numerous extreme metal artists.
Rather than simply serving as an engineer, Donaldson has become an integral part of the band's creative process.
"Christian has become a friend now. I can't really see us working with anybody else."
The band described how the collaboration has evolved since recording Eradication .
"The first time we went out to record with him, we were just getting to know each other. The second time, all that's out of the way. Now we're just getting straight to work."
That familiarity allowed the producer to contribute creative ideas and arrangements that elevated the material even further.
"We'd be listening to something and he'd stop and say, 'What if we try this?' Or I'd have an idea and he'd say, 'Go ahead, let's try it.' We were adding a little extra gravy on top."
Reflecting on the final result, the band didn't hide their excitement.
"There was a point where we finished recording all the guitars and were listening to the rough mixes, and I remember sitting there thinking, 'Wow, this is some of the best stuff I've ever been a part of personally.'"
Old School Metal Mentality Meets Modern Technology

The interview also veered into a deep dive on guitar gear, modern modeling technology, tube amplifiers, seven-string guitars, and the never-ending obsession that guitar players share.
While the band embraces modern tools like the Quad Cortex and Neural DSP technology, they still maintain a traditional approach to live performance.
"We like tube amps. We like cabs on stage. We like to feel it."
At the same time, they appreciate the convenience modern technology provides.
"I can walk into a venue with two bags on my shoulders, both my guitars, and I'm good to go."
The band's current sound revolves around seven-string guitars tuned to drop A, allowing for greater range while maintaining the crushing heaviness fans expect.
"It's kind of like the way a seven-string is supposed to be used. You get that extended range while still having room for melodies and leads."
No Clicks. No Triggers. Just Pure Power.

One of the most revealing moments came when the conversation turned to the band's live performance philosophy.
Unlike many modern extreme metal acts, Eaten By Sharks keeps things raw.
"We don't use any triggers. He's just heel up and smashes the drums."
The band praised drummer Justin's intensity and physicality as a major component of their sound.
"We have a monster of a drummer. The guy is like 6'6". He just wails on the drums."
That natural chemistry remains central to how the band operates both live and in rehearsal.
"We don't use click tracks. We're just balls to the wall."
Real Musicianship In The Age Of AI

The discussion eventually shifted toward AI-generated music and whether technology can ever truly replace human creativity.
The band's answer was clear.
"It's all about the journey in between."
While acknowledging technological advancements, they emphasized the importance of genuine human experience in songwriting.
"People recognize that when they're listening to songs, whether they know it's there or not. You can tell when something is a lived experience."
The band compared the process of creating music together to taming a wild force.
"Sometimes you're trying to tame this beast, and then all of a sudden this flow starts happening. You can feel it like waves."
Moments like those, they believe, are impossible to manufacture.
"When it happens and everybody locks in, that's magic. That's music."
The Undertow Is Coming

With "Capsized" now unleashed, Eaten By Sharks are preparing for an aggressive release campaign leading into The Undertow Of Hate .
Additional singles, multiple music videos, live performances, and more surprises are already in the works.
"It's going to be the Summer of Sharks."
For fans of progressive death metal, technical brutality, crushing grooves, and bands unafraid to balance modern precision with old-school authenticity, The Undertow Of Hate is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated underground metal releases of the summer.
The exclusive world premiere of "Capsized" on The Zach Moonshine Show proved one thing beyond any doubt:
Eaten By Sharks aren't drifting with the current.
They're steering directly into the storm.
The Undertow Of Hate arrives July 17 via CDN Records.
Mephisto Odyssey Raises Concerns Over Recent YouTube Copyright Strikes on “Crash” and “Crash Reborn” Videos
Los Angeles, CA – May 26, 2026 – Mephisto Odyssey is addressing recent developments surrounding the temporary removal of its official “Crash” and “Crash Reborn” videos from YouTube following copyright claims filed by Bobby Cannon.
According to materials provided to the project team, including a recorded phone call and accompanying screenshots, Cannon allegedly references communications with individuals connected to the team producing an upcoming documentary centered on Wayne Static. Mephisto Odyssey notes that Cannon has not been previously affiliated with Static-X, Wayne Static, or associated publishing entities beyond past interactions with co-writer Mikael Johnston.
The “Crash” and “Crash Reborn” videos, which have collectively accumulated nearly two million views in just over four months, were removed following the disputed claims. A counter-notification has since been filed by Mikael Johnston, co-writer and rights holder associated with the composition, supported by U.S. Copyright Office registration PA0001050574, which lists Johnston and Warner-Tamerlane Publishing as rights holders.
Mephisto Odyssey states that it is currently pursuing standard legal remedies available under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and maintains that all filings are being reviewed through proper legal channels.
The same composition is also scheduled to appear in filmmaker Matt Zane’s upcoming documentary project focused on Wayne Static and Tera Wray.
Mephisto Odyssey emphasizes that it will continue to protect its creative work and publishing rights through appropriate legal processes.
DIAMOND RAIN Announces Debut Album Chapter One Out October 23rd via Pride & Joy Music
A bold new force in melodic rock emerges with soaring hooks, dramatic atmosphere, and unforgettable anthems.
Drawing inspiration from legendary acts like Blue Öyster Cult , Roxette , and KISS , DIAMOND RAIN is preparing to unveil its debut release Chapter One on October 23rd through Pride & Joy Music .
Centered around the enigmatic figure known only as The High Priest, DIAMOND RAIN offers more than just music. It is a journey through melody, drama, power, and emotion. A cult of sound designed to enlighten, strengthen, and transport listeners into a world where heavy rock riffs collide with infectious pop sensibilities.
Together with his trusted Arch Lector and The Faithful Disciples, The High Priest has crafted Chapter One , the opening passage in what promises to be a larger musical saga. Blending elements of classic melodic rock, 70s arena swagger, and shimmering 80s hooks, DIAMOND RAIN proudly stands apart from today’s formulaic rock scene.
The debut single “Naked City” immediately leaves its mark with a massive chorus and undeniable energy, while tracks like “I Need Love” channel a rare and authentic 80s groove that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly alive. Elsewhere, “Rosalie” seamlessly merges vintage 70s rock attitude with irresistible pop melodies, delivering the kind of earworm that refuses to leave your head.
Unafraid to embrace the quirky, theatrical, and adventurous side of rock music, DIAMOND RAIN may very well be the black sheep melodic rock fans have been waiting for.
Chapter One arrives October 23rd.
Come along for the ride.
EGOKILLS UNLEASHES CRUSHING NEW SINGLE “KNUCKLE CHOKE” OUT NOW
Finnish Metal Force Delivers A Violent Blast Of Aggression, Groove, And Old-School Studio Power
From the cold streets of Tampere, Finland comes a fresh sonic assault as Egokills officially unleashes their brand new single “Knuckle Choke,” released May 27th, 2026 through Mellowhead Creations Ltd .
A furious combination of hard rocking metal, raw aggression, blast beats, and sweat-soaked intensity, “Knuckle Choke” is the first taste of the band’s upcoming fourth full-length album. For fans of In Flames , Pantera , and Alice In Chains , the track hits like a steel pipe to the jaw while still carrying the groove and melody that have become trademarks of the Egokills sound.
“Get ready for a strong stranglehold!” says songwriter, guitarist, and vocalist Janne Selo .
Founded in 2011 by Selo, Egokills has spent the last fifteen years carving their own path through the European metal underground. After releasing three albums and performing across 13 countries, the band has quietly built a loyal global following with their layered blend of alternative metal and heavy rock. Now, after years of relentless writing, rehearsing, touring, and rebuilding, the band is revealing its most explosive chapter yet.
Produced by Juha Nevala at Lammaskallion Audio in Tuusula, Finland, the new material embraces a classic recording philosophy: real instruments, real amps, real volume, and real chemistry between musicians playing together in the same room. The result is a massive, organic sound deeply rooted in the spirit of 1990s metal and rock.
“Fifteen years of frustration... turned into intense inspiration! I feel like it’s the fuel for our fire now,” says drummer Vilho Rajala .
“There’s a new confidence in Egokills now. We’ve got a ‘fuck you’ mentality but with a wide grin. I really like that,” adds guitarist Niko Viita-aho .
The upcoming album was mastered by Jaakko Viitalähde and promises to deliver the heaviest and most authentic version of Egokills to date. A full-scale social media campaign is already underway, featuring behind-the-scenes studio footage, rehearsal clips, documentary-style content, interviews, and more as the band gears up for the album rollout.
More details on the upcoming album and future live plans will be announced soon.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
CAYNE RETURN WITH NEW SINGLE “OUTCAST” – A POWERFUL ANTHEM OF REBELLION, UNITY, AND SURVIVAL
Streaming: https://hypeddit.com/fe0jcr
Italian Alternative Gothic Metal pioneers CAYNE return with their brand-new single “Outcast,” set for release on April 9th, 2026 , marking the first step toward their long-awaited upcoming full-length album arriving later in 2026.
With over two decades of evolution behind them, CAYNE stand as one of the most emotionally charged and cinematic forces in European heavy music. Born from historic ties to the early Lacuna Coil orbit, the band has carved its own identity through tragedy, reinvention, and artistic rebirth.
“Outcast” arrives as both a statement and a mission. Featuring special guest drummer Hugo Ribeiro of Moonspell , the track delivers an explosive rhythmic foundation that pushes CAYNE’s sound into a heavier, more urgent direction without losing their signature emotional depth.
The single blends massive modern guitars, cinematic dark atmospheres, and the unmistakable presence of electric violin, a defining element of the band’s identity. The result is a sound that sits confidently between gothic melancholy and modern alternative metal power, drawing natural comparisons to acts such as Soen and the atmospheric edge of classic European gothic metal.
At its core, “Outcast” is built around a commanding, chant-along chorus that transforms alienation into strength. Rather than leaning into despair, the track flips isolation into unity, becoming an anthem for outsiders who refuse to conform.
This message is deeply rooted in the band’s history. CAYNE’s journey stretches back to their formation following early connections with the Italian gothic metal scene, eventually solidifying through releases like Old Faded Pictures (2001), Cayne (2013), and Beyond The Scars (2018). Their path has been marked by lineup shifts, international tours, and the devastating loss of founding guitarist Claudio Leo in 2013, an event that shaped the emotional core of their later work.
Through all of it, CAYNE evolved. Their sound expanded from gothic rock foundations into a broader cinematic metal language, defined by dynamic songwriting, emotional storytelling, and the electric violin textures of Giovanni Lanfranchi.
“Outcast” continues that evolution, acting as the opening chapter of a new era. It follows the 2026 EP Exuvia , which showcased a stripped and intimate side of the band, and now sets the stage for a heavier and more expansive full-length record expected later in 2026.
The single was produced, recorded, mixed, and mastered by Diego Alessandro Minach at Red Robin Recording Studio in Segrate, Italy , ensuring a powerful yet detailed sonic landscape that captures both weight and atmosphere.
Modern extreme metal force Valar Morghulis are set to make their full-length statement with the release of The Call of the Void , arriving March 28, 2026.
Rooted in the brutality of death metal, sharpened by thrash precision, and grounded in groove-driven weight, Valar Morghulis deliver a sound that is as disciplined as it is punishing. Drawing influence from acts like Lamb of God, Decapitated, and Bloodbath, the band channels modern aggression through a tightly constructed framework built for maximum impact.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
TALIA HOIT Announces New Single “All You Want” From Upcoming Album “When The Skies Fall”
Symphonic metal artist Talia Hoit is set to unveil her emotionally charged new single “All You Want” on June 5 across all major streaming platforms via , accompanied by an official music video release the same day. The album is being released and distributed through SAOL, a division of CMM Gmb.
The track serves as the first glimpse into her upcoming second full-length album, “When The Skies Fall,” arriving August 28.
Blending cinematic orchestration, powerful metal instrumentation, and deeply intimate songwriting, “All You Want” captures the painful realization of trying to live up to someone else’s impossible expectations while losing yourself in the process.
“This song is about the impossible situation of trying to make someone happy who will never be happy with who you really are, because what they loved was some imaginary ideal of who they wanted you to be, rather than who you really are,” says Talia Hoit.
Known for weaving raw emotional honesty into sweeping symphonic metal soundscapes, Talia Hoit continues to push deeper into vulnerable and personal territory with “When The Skies Fall.” The upcoming album explores themes of existential crisis, identity, transformation, love, grief, and emotional survival through ten immersive tracks that balance haunting piano-driven intimacy with massive orchestral arrangements and crushing guitars.
At the core of Talia ’s songwriting remains the same foundation that shaped her artistic beginnings: piano and voice. What started as deeply personal reflections and emotional processing evolved into songs that now resonate through towering symphonic compositions.
“Writing poems or songs was my way of processing life and my emotions and things,” Talia explains. “A lot of what I have written was not originally intended to be a commercial product, so I guess it really fits under the idea of a ‘piano confessional’.”
After years of writing and developing her sound behind the scenes, Talia Hoit officially stepped into the symphonic metal world as a solo artist with the release of her debut full-length album, marking the true beginning of her artistic journey into the public eye.
“When The Skies Fall” marks Talia Hoit’s most revealing and emotionally expansive work to date. The album invites listeners into a world where certainty crumbles, emotions collide, and beauty and pain exist side by side.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
UK Deathcore Force Suffer Announce Crushing New Single “Soul From Flesh” – Out May 29, 2026
UK deathcore heavyweights Suffer are back with a brand new slab of punishment titled “Soul From Flesh,” set for release on May 29, 2026 . The single is now available for pre save across all platforms ahead of its official drop.
Pre save here:
https://arsontheory.vyd.co/SoulFromFlesh
This release marks the next chapter in the band’s ongoing resurgence following their reformation and renewed lineup in 2025. With a sharper edge and a heavier, more deliberate direction, Suffer continue to build momentum after the impact of their recent era reset and the release of “Pendulum of Vengeance.”
But “Soul From Flesh” is not just another single. It is the title track of their upcoming EP , due August 2026, with the artwork for this release doubling as the official EP cover. The band will be revealing full EP details in June once final tracks are completed.
This is Suffer operating with intent, no filler, no compromise.
The track continues their exploration of raw human instinct and internal conflict, pushing further into the darker psychological territory the band has become known for. Expect violence in tone, precision in delivery, and zero interest in playing it safe.
The band shared that the release cycle is now fully locked in, with everything building toward a larger statement piece arriving in August. More details on the EP will follow soon.
“Soul From Flesh” was forged through the same modern lineup that has reignited the band’s identity, featuring Greg Hevican on vocals and Klaudiusz Trzebuniak on guitar. The chemistry has already proven itself on stage and in the studio, and this next release pushes it even further.
Following a run of explosive live shows and a growing European presence, Suffer are continuing to expand their reach under their booking partnership with DC Sound Attack .
The single will also be supported by visual content premiering via major underground metal platforms including Slam Worldwide .
This is not a reset. It is a continuation with the volume turned way past safe limits.
Colorado deathcore wrecking crew Crown Magnetar have returned with a vicious new standalone single, “Impaled Genesis,” released today, May 26th, via Unique Leader Records. Alongside the track, the band also unleashed an intense new music video that further cements their reputation as one of the heaviest and most relentless acts in modern extreme metal.
Fans can check out the official video for “Impaled Genesis” here:

Vocalist Dan Tucker commented on the new single, stating:

“Our new single ‘Impaled Genesis’ is us dialing in our sound just how we like it...a great blend of death metal and -core. It's more riff-based and focused, super deadly, but with the same Crown Magnetar vibes everyone has come to know. No filler. No gimmicks. We're really excited to unveil this new era of Crown.”

He also noted that fans attending the current tour with Archspire have already experienced the new material live, hinting that even more may be on the horizon for the band later this year.
The release follows the band’s previously dropped standalone crusher “Desecrate Infinite,” which showcased the group’s continued evolution into a tighter, more riff-driven sonic assault while maintaining the punishing brutality fans crave.
Watch “Desecrate Infinite” here:

Currently, Crown Magnetar are tearing across North America as part of the “Long Roads Big Loads Tour” alongside Archspire, Undeath, and Mutilation Barbecue. Remaining tour dates include stops in Colorado Springs, Albuquerque, Mesa, Los Angeles, Seattle, Vancouver, and more.
Later this year, the band will head overseas for a massive European and UK run with Archspire, The Zenith Passage, and Analepsy.
Since emerging from Colorado’s extreme metal underground, Crown Magnetar have built a rapidly growing global fanbase through their devastating blend of deathcore and brutal death metal. The band has shared stages with heavy hitters including Lorna Shore, Dying Fetus, Suicide Silence, Born of Osiris, Carnifex, Spite, and Enterprise Earth among many others.
Their latest release, the 2025 Punishment EP, continued the band’s streak of yearly releases and delivered what many fans consider some of the band’s most focused and destructive material yet. Produced by bassist Michael Sahm, the EP followed the re-mixed and re-mastered edition of The Prophet of Disgust EP in 2024.

Rick Rozz Talks Left To Die, Early DEATH Demos, Chuck Schuldiner Memories, And The New Album Initium Mortis

Death Metal history is alive and well in 2026, and legendary guitarist Rick Rozz is right in the middle of it.
During a recent appearance on The Zach Moonshine Show on Metal Devastation Radio, the original DEATH and MASSACRE guitarist opened up about Left To Die’s upcoming release Initium Mortis , the resurrection of early Mantas and DEATH demo material, working alongside Terry Butler, Matt Harvey, and Gus Rios, and the legacy of Chuck Schuldiner that still echoes through the underground Metal scene decades later.
For longtime fans of Scream Bloody Gore , Leprosy , and the earliest days of Florida Death Metal, this conversation was pure gold.
Left To Die Revives The Earliest DEATH And Mantas Material

Unlike a standard tribute act, Left To Die digs directly into the roots of Death Metal itself. The band features original DEATH alumni Rick Rozz and Terry Butler alongside Matt Harvey of EXHUMED / GRUESOME and Gus Rios of GRUESOME.
Their upcoming album Initium Mortis , arriving July 17, 2026 via Relapse Records, focuses heavily on the obscure 1983 and 1984 Mantas and DEATH demo era material that many fans only experienced through generations of worn-out cassette tape trading.
According to Rozz, much of the credit for reconstructing those songs belongs to Matt Harvey.

“Matt relearned all the songs from all the old demos. He literally went down the rabbit hole and pulled all those old tunes together.”

Rozz repeatedly praised Harvey throughout the interview, emphasizing how much work went into preserving the authenticity of the original material while making it powerful enough for modern listeners.

“The songs are probably 90% like they were back then. It’s basically a modern sounding demo.”

That approach is exactly why the newly released single “Archangel” feels so unique. The song carries all the raw aggression and primitive chaos of early DEATH recordings while benefiting from modern production clarity.
“Archangel” Captures The Spirit Of Early Death Metal

When asked about the newly released version of “Archangel,” Rozz explained that the mission was never to modernize the songs beyond recognition.
Instead, the goal was preservation.

“Those old Mantas and DEATH demos were recorded on a jam box outside the garage with a towel over it.”

Fans familiar with the earliest DEATH recordings will immediately recognize the influence of Slayer, Venom, and the primitive Thrash roots that helped shape Death Metal itself.
Rozz laughed while discussing how surprising it feels hearing those riffs fully realized decades later.

“I haven’t heard these songs in forever. There’s so much Slayer and Venom influence, it’s crazy.”

The end result sounds less like a nostalgia project and more like an alternate-universe DEATH album finally receiving the production it always deserved.
Rick Rozz Discusses His Classic Death Metal Guitar Tone

For guitar players and gear fanatics, the interview also delivered plenty of insight into Rick Rozz’s iconic tone.
Rozz broke down the exact amp settings and pedal combinations he has used for decades, explaining that his overall setup has remained surprisingly consistent throughout his career.

“Presence all the way up on 10. Treble around two o’clock. Mids scooped completely out. Bass all the way up and gain all the way up.”

He also discussed the impact of vintage BC Rich guitars equipped with onboard preamps, particularly during the From Beyond era with MASSACRE.

“That preamp gave it that extra sizzle.”

Despite experimenting with newer gear over the years, Rozz admitted he always ends up returning to his classic Boss Super OverDrive setup.
Old-school Death Metal players everywhere immediately nodded in approval.
Because some things simply do not need fixing.
Chuck Schuldiner Memories And Life On The Road

While many fans hoped for outrageous tour stories from the early DEATH days, Rozz kept things grounded and honest.
According to him, the reality was far less glamorous and far more human.

“There’s no crazy stories, man. It was just silly kid stuff.”

Instead of destruction and chaos, Rozz shared memories of jokes, hotel room antics, and the tight friendships formed during the earliest years of DEATH and MASSACRE.
One particularly hilarious memory involved Chuck Schuldiner climbing into a baby crib inside a hotel room while the band laughed hysterically.

“Why was there a baby crib in the hotel room with four dudes? I still have the picture.”

The interview revealed a side of the early DEATH era that often gets lost beneath the mythology: young musicians simply having fun while unknowingly creating an entirely new genre.
Left To Die Continues Touring Worldwide

Beyond the album release, Left To Die is also preparing for major international touring throughout 2026.
Rozz confirmed upcoming European festival appearances and South American tour dates scheduled for later this year.

“We’re going to Europe in July and South America in September.”

Demand for the new material already appears massive, with multiple vinyl editions reportedly selling out quickly through Relapse Records shortly after announcement.
For longtime fans of classic Florida Death Metal, the response proves there is still enormous hunger for the roots of the genre.
The Legacy Of DEATH Still Lives

Throughout the interview, Rozz consistently returned to one central idea: respect for Chuck Schuldiner and the original spirit of DEATH.

“It’s all out of respect for Chuck.”

That respect radiates throughout Initium Mortis . Rather than simply replaying old songs, Left To Die is preserving foundational Death Metal history for both longtime maniacs and newer generations discovering these riffs for the first time.
And judging by the reaction to “Archangel,” fans are absolutely ready for it.
Initium Mortis arrives July 17, 2026 via Relapse Records.
Violence System Announces New Album The Hollowing Featuring Crushing First Single “Endmother”
Atlanta, Georgia melodic death metal wrecking crew Violence System are preparing to unleash their newest full-length assault, The Hollowing , arriving August 7th on all major streaming platforms.
Leading the charge is the already released first single, “Endmother,” a punishing statement of intent that showcases the band’s evolving sound: razor-sharp precision, suffocating atmosphere, and sheer unrelenting aggression. Combining the brutality of Thy Art Is Murder with the technical ferocity of Decapitated and the dark cinematic scope of Dimmu Borgir , Violence System continue carving out a lane entirely their own.
Since forming in 2015, the Atlanta-based outfit has steadily built a reputation for blending melodic depth with crushing heaviness, creating music that feels both massive and emotionally devastating. With The Hollowing , the band pushes further into darker territory, delivering a record packed with punishing riffs, haunting textures, and apocalyptic intensity.
“Endmother” offers listeners a glimpse into the themes explored throughout the album, touching on decay, existential collapse, and the fragility buried beneath human nature. The track has already begun turning heads among fans of extreme modern metal and signals a bold new chapter for the band.
Known for their explosive sonic production and immersive songwriting, Violence System continue to refine the formula that has earned them a loyal underground following. The Hollowing promises to be their most ambitious and devastating release to date.
Fans can stream “Endmother” now and prepare for the arrival of The Hollowing on August 7th. https://open.spotify.com/artist/4wE9grWmR6adR4mvqjuenS
MULCIBER Featured By Necromance Following Release Of Crushing New Single “Ashes Of Gehenna”
Cleveland, Ohio death metal destroyers Mulciber continue building momentum toward their upcoming full-length album Of Insidious Essence with a major feature from Spanish extreme metal outlet Necromance, spotlighting the band’s latest single and video “Ashes Of Gehenna.”
Originally released on March 13, 2026, “Ashes Of Gehenna” serves as the first devastating taste of Of Insidious Essence , due out later this year. Necromance praised the band’s savage fusion of early 2000s death metal brutality, modern precision, and old-school riff worship, shining a light on MULCIBER’s unrelenting approach to extreme music.
Forged during the chaos of the 2020 global pandemic, MULCIBER emerged from Cleveland’s underground with a mission to combine multiple eras of death metal into one punishing sonic assault. The band delivers a crushing blend of blast-driven aggression, monstrous riffs, and abyssal vocal fury that hits with both nostalgic brutality and modern intensity.
The current lineup features underground metal veterans Aaron Gall (ex-EMBALMER, ex-LIMBSPLITTER), Dan Gates (ex-TON, VICAR BLOOD, MUTUAL HOSTILITY), alongside Ian Lanney and Bill Long. Following the release of their 2022 EP Misery Of One through Redefining Darkness Records , the band has continued sharpening its sound into something even more vicious and unforgiving.
Drawing influence from legendary acts such as Morbid Angel , Suffocation , Aborted , Blood Red Throne , Vile , and Aeon , MULCIBER’s sound channels the relentless aggression of classic death metal while maintaining a razor-sharp modern edge.
“Ashes Of Gehenna” was produced by Tony Tipton, while the official music video was created by Chris Walter Visuals. The track showcases the band’s most extreme material to date and sets the stage for what promises to be a devastating full-length release with Of Insidious Essence .
With international media support growing and anticipation building around the upcoming album, MULCIBER are proving they are more than ready to carve their name deeper into the modern death metal underground.
TYRANT ANNOUNCE NEW ALBUM EMERGO + RELEASE FIRST SINGLE “BETWEEN THE DIRT AND THE SKY”

Lansing, Michigan metal outfit Tyrant returns with their third full-length album Emergo , set for release on July 17, 2026 . Alongside the announcement, the band drops the first single, “Between The Dirt and The Sky,” available everywhere starting May 22, 2026 .
Built on a foundation of speed metal aggression, sharp melodic hooks, and emotionally driven songwriting, Emergo pushes Tyrant into deeper and more expansive territory without losing the bite that defines their sound. The record moves through themes of love, grief, confusion, and self-empowerment, delivered with the kind of intensity that feels like it was forged the old-school way, loud, fast, and unapologetic.
“This record is about persevering through the chaos and trials of life and pushing forward to see what truly lies ahead” the band states.
Unlike many modern releases that outsource the creative process, Emergo was fully written, engineered, and produced by Tyrant themselves, keeping the vision tight and uncompromised from start to finish. The album was mixed and mastered by Alex Parra of Second Sight Sound, giving the record its final punch and clarity while preserving its raw edge.
The lead single, “Between The Dirt and The Sky,” sets the tone for what’s coming, balancing high velocity metal with atmospheric tension and emotional punch. It’s a strong first signal that Tyrant is not repeating the past, but sharpening it.
The accompanying visual work features cinematography by Terjae Maki and video editing and FX by Barak Haring , rounding out a full creative package that reflects the band’s hands-on approach.
For fans of classic and modern heavy metal intensity, Emergo lands in the lane of bands like Lamb of God, Trivium, and Shadows Fall, while still carving out its own identity.
Pre-orders for Emergo are available now via the band’s official website Tyrant Official Website and select digital platforms.

Norwegian extreme metal titans Dimmu Borgir are officially back today with the release of their long awaited new studio album Grand Serpent Rising , marking their first full length record in eight years since Eonian .
And true to form, they did not come back quietly. They came back with a storm.
A long wait, a heavier impact

Formed in 1993 by guitarist Sven “Silenoz” Kopperud and vocalist Stian “Shagrath” Thoresen during Norway’s second wave black metal rise, Dimmu Borgir have always played the long game. No rush, no shortcuts, just carefully built sonic architecture designed to hit like a collapsing cathedral.
Grand Serpent Rising is the result of that patience. Thirteen tracks deep, it pushes their symphonic black metal foundation into something even more cinematic, more dynamic, and more violently expressive than before.
Gothenburg sessions with a familiar hand

The album was recorded in Gothenburg with renowned producer Fredrik Nordström , a key figure behind some of the band’s most iconic earlier work including Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia and Death Cult Armageddon .
That connection matters. The sound here is massive but intentional, layered but never chaotic for the sake of it. Orchestration is used like a weapon instead of a blanket, giving the record both weight and clarity.
New video unleashes the vision

Alongside the album release, the band has dropped a cinematic new video for As Seen In The Unseen , doubling down on the album’s bleak atmosphere and theatrical scale.
Watch here:

Listen here:
https://dimmuborgir.bfan.link/grandserpentrising
Band statements

Shagrath calls the album a full spectrum reflection of everything Dimmu Borgir has been and evolved into. He highlights its balance of brutality, melody, and diversity, noting how it pulls from their early years while still pushing forward into new territory.
Silenoz frames it as a journey through ruin, rebirth, and transcendence, emphasizing a return to the atmosphere that defined their identity while still evolving the sound. According to him, the fire is still burning stronger than ever.
The verdict

Eight years is a long silence in modern metal. Most bands struggle to justify it.
Dimmu Borgir just used it to sharpen the blade.
Grand Serpent Rising is not nostalgia. It is not a comeback attempt. It is a statement of intent from a band that still knows exactly how to build something massive, cinematic, and unapologetically extreme.
