Description
Summary:
The work of preparation before doing calibration is important, significant, vital, and crucial. The preparation can maintain and enhance the accuracy and stability of the analyzer.
Work of preparation:
1) Calibration gas, gas distributor, and the gas tube connecting
2) Must do warm-up before doing zero setting with zero gas, Nitrogen(N2)
3) Must do zero setting before beginning calibration
4) The calibration gas range is 80% to 100% concentration of gas analyzer's each measuring gas full concentration.
The video shows that we do real manual calibration with ESEGAS Flue Gas Analyzer UV-GAS-500!

ESEGAS Flue Gas Analyzer UV-GAS-500 mainly applies two technical principles: 1) UV-DOAS; and 2) NDIR.
It can measure SO2/NO/NO2/CO/CO2/O2 in most five gases in one unit, and it gets NOX by directly measuring NO and NO2 without a NO2-NO converter. It can also be equipped with an optional gas sensor CO and CO2 for further CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System) monitoring.
