In this video, I show you how to use contract templates in Odoo 20 to set these details once and reuse them for every new hire. We start in the Payroll app, where we create a contract template and fill in the working schedule, wage and salary structure. Then we create a new employee, attach the template to their contract, and see how the details fill in automatically. We also look at how to update a template when the terms change, so future hires get the latest version.
