In this video, I show you how to record employee expenses in Odoo 20, from submitting a claim to getting it approved and reimbursed. We start by creating an expense in the Expenses app, adding the product, amount, and date, and attaching the receipt. Then we look at how the expense is sent for approval, how a manager reviews and approves it, and how it’s recorded in accounting so the employee gets reimbursed. You’ll also see where to find expense reports, so you always know what has been spent and what’s still pending.
