Description
Welcome to Celoxis Learning! In this video, we’ll walk you through how to efficiently fill out your timesheet in Celoxis, ensuring accurate tracking of your project and non-project hours.
What You’ll Learn:
- Understanding Timesheets: A timesheet is a comprehensive collection of your time entries displayed in a weekly format, allowing for detailed tracking of your work activities.
- Accessing Your Timesheet: After logging into your Celoxis account, click on the green plus (+) button located at the top right corner of the screen and select 'Timesheet.' This opens the interface where you can begin logging your time for various tasks.
- Filling Out Task Hours: Easily fill out the time for tasks directly from the timesheet view. If you don’t see a work item, click the 'Add' button to create a new entry. Select the relevant project, choose the task, and enter the hours spent. You can also log the percentage of completion for each task, ensuring full transparency of progress.
- Logging Non-Project Time: Add non-project entries such as vacations or meetings using non-project time codes, which can be configured in the admin settings. This allows you to track all time spent, not just on projects. (A separate video will cover setting up time codes.)
- Saving or Submitting the Timesheet: Once you’ve completed your entries, you have the option to save your timesheet for further modifications or submit it directly for approval to finalize your logged hours.
By the end of this video, you’ll have the skills to efficiently log and manage your time entries in Celoxis PPM software, ensuring precise and up-to-date time tracking for all your tasks.
