Artificial Sky

Welcome to Artificial Sky, a service disabled veteran owned small business disrupting the lighting industry out of Detroit, MI. Addressing Circadian Disruption: In modern society, exposure to artificial light, especially at night, can disrupt the natural circadian rhythm, leading to issues like sleep disturbances, mood changes, and even health problems. The P series aims to counteract this by providing a more natural light environment. Benefits for Specific Populations: The P series can be particularly beneficial for individuals in healthcare settings, senior living facilities, or those with limited access to natural light, helping to improve their well-being and overall health. Improved Mood and Mental Health: The P series can help increase serotonin levels, which plays a role in regulating mood, sleep, and other functions. This can lead to improvements in overall mental and physical health. Enhanced Performance and Well-being: By mimicking natural daylight, the P series can enhance human performance, comfort, and well-being in various settings, including offices, classrooms, and healthcare facilities. Specific Features: Dynamic Lighting: The P series offers dynamic lighting that changes throughout the day, mimicking the natural progression of daylight. Compact Design: The P series is a compact, 1'x2' luminaire that can be installed in various layouts and requires less than 2 inches of ceiling clearance. NASA Technology: The system uses advanced long-range optical film developed by NASA to simulate a sky view to the "edge of space" known as the Karman Line. Rayleigh Scattering: The system uses nanotechnology to recreate the Rayleigh Scattering effect for a realistic infinite sky view.
