ROCK HARD MAGAZINE SPOTLIGHTS METAL DEVASTATION PR ARTISTS IN MASSIVE FEATURE ISSUE — AVATAR GRACES THE COVER
November 2025 — The global underground just took center stage once again. The legendary Rock Hard Magazine has rolled out a stacked new issue featuring reviews and interviews with several Metal Devastation PR bands , celebrating the diversity, power, and raw spirit of heavy music from around the world.
With Avatar front and center on the cover, this issue dives deep into the new wave of international metal, highlighting ST. Unholyness, Visitor, Wander Lust, Reaping Asmodeia, Serpico, Chronepsis, Mordeth, Kaldeira, Orbital Hotel, On The Loose, and Psyc 6.
🇸🇪 PSYC 6 – “Swallow The Pill / Mental State Creation” (Heavy Metal)
Sweden’s Psyc 6 showcase their evolving sound and sharpened lineup with two unreleased tracks dripping in modern aggression and groove. The band uses their music as a weapon against societal corruption, calling out the dark side of modern medicine and narcissism. It’s fierce, it’s melodic, and it’s intelligent — proving Psyc 6 are locked and loaded for their 2026 debut.
🇩🇪 ST. UNHOLINESS – “Through High Holy Haze” (Stoner/Doom/Extreme Metal)
This German duo explodes with an unholy cocktail of stoner, doom, and extreme metal fury. Fronted by Christina Earlymorn, St. Unholyness deliver raw energy, rebellious fire, and a fearless rejection of stereotypes. Tracks like Alchemist Blues and Loud and Proud embody their chaotic mission — to burn convention to the ground with sound.
🇧🇷 MORDETH – “Hermetic Creation” (Death/Heavy Metal)
Back from the abyss, Brazil’s Mordeth forge brutal death metal into a dark cosmic ritual. The concept-driven album combines occult mysticism with science fiction flair, balancing speed and atmosphere with conviction. Sacred Codes and Stellar Necropolis stand tall — an honest and inspired return from one of Brazil’s underground veterans.
🇷🇪 KALDEIRA – “Fournaise” (Death Metal/Ethnic)
From the volcanic heart of Réunion Island, Kaldeira unleash a sonic eruption with Fournaise. Mixing tribal rhythms and death metal precision, their sound is fierce and culturally rooted. Burn In Hell and Dawn Of Hypocrisy bring the heat — literally — blending primal energy with technical mastery.
🇵🇹 ON THE LOOSE – “Path To Serenity” (Epic/Doom Metal)
Portugal’s On The Loose carry the torch for dramatic doom. Their latest album builds massive soundscapes filled with theatrical emotion and epic weight. Tracks like The Call Of My Devils and Echoes Of Glory confirm their knack for storytelling through heaviness, making this one a must for doom traditionalists and dreamers alike.
👽 VISITOR – “Pronti per l’Invasione Aliena” (Ready for the Alien Invasion)
Old-school thrash is alive and armed for battle. Guitarist and vocalist Jim Foster of the U.S. band Visitor talks about their upcoming album ULTERIOR (2025), inspired by meteorite impacts and alien invasions. The band’s mission? To bring back the raw energy of ’80s thrash while keeping it fresh for the modern stage. High-energy, no-nonsense, all attitude.
🖤 SERPICO – “Questioni di Estetica” (Aesthetic Questions)
Scottish rockers Serpico tear down the walls between image and sound with Dressed in Flesh. Channeling the excess of Mötley Crüe and Skid Row through a modern lens, they preach that rock still needs danger, style, and provocation. With Alice Cooper’s theatricality and Marilyn Manson’s edge, they prove glam still bites hard in 2025.
🌌 ORBITAL HOTEL BAND – “L’Anello Mancante” (The Missing Link)
Mexico’s Orbital Hotel Band dive deep into post-rock and sonic exploration with their self-produced album Missing Link. Mixing elements of science, emotion, and existential thought, their instrumental work bridges art and technology. For fans of ambient soundscapes with substance, this is where emotion meets precision.
💀 REAPING ASMODEIA – “Nel Santuario delle Paure” (In the Sanctuary of Fears)
Minneapolis’ Reaping Asmodeia discuss the brutal heart of Sanctuary of Poison (2025). The band channels trauma, anger, and corruption into progressive deathcore precision. Drummer Daniel Koppy explains how new members have fueled a more technical yet emotional direction — proving brutality can also be cathartic and uplifting.
⚙️ CHRONEPSIS – “Attacco al Sistema” (Attack on the System)
From the U.S. underground comes Chronepsis , armed with their explosive debut EP Wings of Eternity. Vocalist Chris Curtis dives into the band’s mission — to make technical deathcore that hits emotionally, not just technically. Their message? Defy conformity, embrace pain, and create from chaos.
