The Rolling Ball Tack test helps to test the tack of any adhesive. The instrument is very easy to operate and very economical too. It measures the ability of an adhesive that rapidly adhere to another surface.  The roll back attains maximum speed when moving down and roll on the tacky surface. The shorter the distance covered by the ball, the higher will be the tackiness of the adhesive and vice versa.
